Returns Policy

Any problem with an order should be outlined within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Failure to inform us of a problem within this time frame will mean you have accepted the goods as received.

Returns:

We accept returns under the circumstances below:

• the product does not match the order (for example, if you received a different size to the one you ordered), or
• the product is faulty

If the pack delivered does not match your order, please contact us via email (steve@synergy-print.co.uk) with full details of the problem. Please include your order ID.

If the goods have a problem relating to quality such as a misprint or fault, then a photograph needs to be included with your email.

An investigation and assessment of the problem will be taken upon receipt of your email. You will be notified of the outcome.

If the problem relates to a production issue then a re-print of the goods may be offered to rectify the quality issue. We retain the right to offer a re-print when seeking to rectify any problem with an order.
